Two female hands rest on a writing journal at a desk, with a laptop nearby and a large paper displaying the article title about website content writing clients for the year ahead.

Every new year brings reflection, and this one feels especially meaningful for me.

2025 was a strong year, one filled with ongoing projects, long-term client relationships, and the kind of work that reinforces why I chose to focus my business exclusively on content creation. As I step into my third year running Copywriting For You full-time, my focus on website content writing is clearer than ever, and I’m ready to open the door to new client partnerships in 2026.

That clarity didn’t happen overnight. While Copywriting For You is still a relatively young business, my background spans more than 25 years in marketing, with content at the center of nearly everything I’ve done. What’s different now is focus. I write every day. I work faster, smarter, and with far more consistency than I did early on. That experience directly benefits my clients.

Who I’m Looking to Work With in 2026

The strongest partnerships happen when expectations, communication styles, and values line up. At this stage of my business, I’m looking to work with:

  • Solopreneurs who want their websites to clearly explain who they are and how they help
  • Small to mid-sized business owners ready to invest in thoughtful, informative content
  • Companies that understand writing is more than filling space—it’s about clarity and trust

Most often, this starts with website content. Home pages, About pages, Services pages, FAQs, etc. These are the foundation of a site that works. They answer questions before a prospect ever picks up the phone. They help visitors feel comfortable reaching out. And they reflect your professionalism long before a conversation begins.

From there, ongoing content plays a supporting role. Blog posts that educate and answer real questions keep your site fresh and your audience engaged. Many of my clients come to me looking not just for writing, but for blog copywriting ideas that align with their services, address common customer questions, and can later be repurposed into social posts, email campaigns, and advertising copy.

What I Value in Client Relationships

Great writing doesn’t happen in isolation. It grows out of collaboration.

I value responsiveness, mutual respect, and honesty. I care about deadlines, follow-through, and clear communication. I believe strong partnerships come from trust on both sides—and I’ve found that clients who value those things tend to stay for years, not months.

If you expect transparency, thoughtful feedback, and a writer who treats your business like more than a line item, we’ll probably work well together.

A Note on Rates (and Why I’m Holding Steady)

I’ve decided to keep my 2025 rates in place through at least June 2026, at which point I’ll reassess.

The past year has been challenging for many business owners. Costs continue to rise, and every investment has to make sense. While I could raise my rates now—and many writers at my experience level already have—I’ve chosen a different path.

This is all I do. I write full-time. I don’t treat this as a side offering or filler between other services. That focus allows me to work efficiently and keep my pricing approachable while still delivering well-researched, thoughtful content.

That balance matters to me.

What This Means for You

If your website feels outdated, unclear, or incomplete…
If you’ve been meaning to start blogging but aren’t sure what to write about…
If you want practical blog copywriting ideas that support your larger business goals…

If you’ve been putting off updating your website content writing or aren’t sure how to structure it, now is a good time to talk.

I’m based in Woodbury, Minnesota, but I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Geography doesn’t limit good collaboration, and some of my longest-running partnerships are with businesses I’ve never met in person.

If 2026 is the year you want your website content to work harder for you, I’d love to hear what you’re building and see if we’re a good fit.
